Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide an exceptional service experience.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
• Prepare repair estimates and explain recommendations with confidence.
• Communicate with technicians regarding inspections and repairs.
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Schedule appointments and manage workflow.
• Build long-term customer relationships through honesty and outstanding service.
• Help achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is preferred.
• Strong sales and communication skills.
• Experience with repair estimates and customer service.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Valid driver's license.
